Online Registration And Bidding Guide


(For Bidders who have registered as a user before can directly start with Step 2)

Go to

    a) Select “Free Sign Up”

    b) Register as a User (1 time only)

    c) Check your Email at Inbox or Spam and click Link to activate.


Go to

    a) Select "Login For Online Bidding"

    b) Enter your Email address and Password and click "Login"

    c) Choose Bank & confirm Auction Date & Click on Bank's Name below arrow.

    d) Choose property & Click “Register Online” (register either Individual/Company)

    e) Fill-up Online Bidding Form

    f) Upload the below relevant  documents or Email the relevant documents to

For Individual/Joint Online Bidders:

    i) Copies of Nric.(both sides),

    ii) Evidence of deposit payment method(copy of online payment slip/Bank Draft(if applicable))

For Agent acting for Individual/Joint Online Bidders:

    i) Copies of Individual/Joint Online Bidder’s Nric.(both sides),

    ii) Copies of Agent’s Nric.(both sides),

    iii) Copy of authorize Bidding Letter,

    iv) Evidence of deposit payment method(copy of online payment slip/ Bank Draft(if applicable))

For Company:

    i) Copy of the Authorize Online Bidder Nric.(both sides),

   ii) An authorize Bidding Letter with the Company’s Letter Head,

   iii) Form 24; Form 44; Form 49 (or its equivalent forms under the Companies Act 2016);

   iv) Certified true copy of the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A),

    v) Board of Director’s Resolution,

    vi) Evidence of deposit payment method(copy of online payment slip/Bank Draft(if applicable))

NOTE : Interested Online E-Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price via Online Bank

Transfer to Leong Auctioneer Sdn Bhd at least one (1) working days before the auction date.

For deposit payment manner and our Bank Account No. please refer to the Proclamation of Sale (Online Terms and Conditions - Clause 5)

    g) Click “Next”

    h) Select “Agreed and Submit”

    i) Your registration shall be acknowledged by us via Email.

    j) If you do not receive our Email within 30 minutes, please contact Tel: 03-7958 3795 (9.00am – 6.00pm)

    k) For Online E-Bidders, approval from the Auctioneer may take at least one (1) working day from the date of registration.

   l) Online E-Bidders will receive a secured hyperlink via E-mail/SMS at least 1 hour before auction time for Online Bidding on            auction day.


NOTE : Registered Online E-Bidders are advised to login to our Website at least 15 minutes before

schedule auction time.

Go to

    a) Click “Login For Online Bidding”.

    b) Click “ Enter Auction”.

   c) Click Auction Date(if applicable)

   d) Confirmed address and reserve price for property you have registered.

    e) Upon Approval, Click AUCTION ROOMand you will be able to see this announcement "You are now in Auction Room"

    f) Standby for your turn to bid online for your registered property lot.

    g) Auction start after the count down 5,4,3,2,1

    h) Enter your Bid by pressing the “BID button” 

    i) The highest bid shall flash for 3 times “First Calling”, “Second Calling” and “Last Calling”.

   j) Bidders are advise to make their Bid early and not wait until the Last Call.

    k) After the expiry of the Last Bid, no further bid shall be accepted by the Auctioneer whether Online or Onsite(if applicable).

    l) The bidder with the highest bid shall be declared the successful purchaser upon the fall of the hammer.

    m) Unsuccessful Online E-Bidders shall have their deposit refunded within two (2) working days after the date of auction.

   n) Online E-Bidding may be done via a computer, smart phone or any device with internet connection.


    a) Go to the Auctioneer office within 3 working days from the date of auction.

    b) Sign the “Memorandum of Contract” and pay the 10% differential sum between the successful bid price and the                          initial deposit within 3 working days from the date of auction.

    c) Apply for Bank Loan and settled the Balance Purchase price within 90/120 days from the date of auction sale.
