i) Select “Free Sign Up”
ii) Register as a User (1 time only)
iii) Check your Email at Inbox or Spam and click Link to activate.
Go to www.leongauctioneer.com
i) Select “Login For Online Bidding”
ii) Enter your Email address and Password and click "Login"
iii) Choose Bank & confirm Auction Date & Click on Bank's Name below arrow.
iv) Choose property & Select “Register Online” (register either Individual or Company)
v) Fill-up Online Bidding Form
vi) Click “Next”
vii) Select “Agreed and Submit”
viii) Your registration shall be acknowledged by us via Email.

x) Upload or email to email@example.com the below relevant documents:
For Individual/Joint Online Bidders:
a) Copies of Nric. (both sides),
b) Evidence of deposit payment method (online payment receipt)
For Agent acting for Individual/Joint Online Bidders:
a) Copies of Individual/Joint Online Bidder’s Nric. (both sides),
b) Copies of Agent’s Nric. (both sides),
c) Copy of authorize Bidding Letter,
d) Evidence of deposit payment method (online payment receipt)
a) Copy of the Authorize Online Bidder Nric. (both sides),
b) An authorize Bidding Letter with the Company’s Letter Head,
c) Form 24; Form 44; Form 49 (or its equivalent forms under the Companies Act 2016);
d) Certified true copy of the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A),
e) Board of Director’s Resolution,
f) Evidence of deposit payment method (online payment receipt)
NOTE : Interested Online Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price via Online Bank Transfer to Leong Auctioneer Sdn Bhd latest by 12 noon at least one (1) working day before the auction date. For deposit payment manner and our Bank Account No. please refer to our Online Terms and Conditions (Clause 5).
NOTE : Registered Online Bidders will recieved our approval at least one(1) hour before auction time in your email. Please enter our Auction Room by clicking on the Secured Hyperlink (URL) provided in your email at least 10 minutes before schedule auction time.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REFRESH YOUR DEVICE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE AUCTION TIME TO STAY CONNECTED.
(i) Enter your Email address and Password and click "Login"
(ii) Confirm registered property's address and reserve price.
(iii) Standby for your turn to bid online for your registered property lot.
(iv) Auction shall start after the count down 5,4,3,2,1.
(v) Enter your bid by pressing the “BID button” (for the 1st bid) and the bidding amount stated button for the subsequent bids
(vi) The highest bid shall flash for 3 times “First Calling”, “Second Calling” and “Last Calling”.
(vii) Bidders are advise to make their bid early and do not wait until the "Last Calling".
(viii) After the expiry of the last bid, no further bids shall be accepted by the auctioneer whether online or onsite(if applicable)
(ix) The bidder with the highest bid shall be declared the successful purchaser upon the fall of the hammer.
(x) Unsuccessful Online Bidders shall have their deposit refunded within two (2) working days after the date of auction.
(xi) Online Bidding may be done via a computer, smart phone or any device with internet connection.
(i) Go to the Auctioneer office within 3 working days from the date of auction.
(ii) Sign the “Memorandum of Contract” and pay the 10% differential sum between the successful bid price and the initial deposit within 3 working days from the date of auction.
(iii) Apply for Bank Loan and settled the Balance Purchaser price within 90 days from the date of auction sale.
